• For orders from our website will be delivered within 5 working days within the UK. If this is not possible the purchaser will be notified.
• For Orders outside of the UK customers will be contacted at time of placing the order.
• For Subscribing to our services, this can take up to 48 hours as the services cannot start until the SIM card inside of the device has been activated.
Cancellation Policy for subscriptions
• All customers under contract will, when their initial period is up, be automatically moved to a rolling one month contract.
• Should the customer wish to cancel at the end of the initial term, they will need to give at least one months notice prior to the annual contract end date.
• Should the customer wish to cancel before the initial term has expired, payment for the remaining months of the contract will be requested as a final payment.
• Once a subscription has been cancelled and the SIM card switched off, the device may not be able to be re-activated. Contact us to see if possible.
Please also note that you are able to return the product (which is the product that utilises our services) that you have purchased from us or one of our authorised resellers to us or this authorised reseller for a full refund if you do so thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. However, this right of return to the authorised reseller also ceases as soon as you register with us for the subscription services. If returning goods it is at your cost. Any refund will be for the item only and not cover any postage.
