Refund policy

Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven days of placing the order, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Customers cancelling their orders will have their payment refunded in full – minus shipping costs – within seven days of the company’s receipt of the returned goods.

The seven-day period allowed for returns is not intended to allow customers to ‘trial’ the product and all products returned to Lok8u Limited must be unused, unactivated and in new condition in order for us to accept the return. Please contact Lok8u Limited on 08452 099099 to authorise a return and receive a return reference number before returning goods to us. All returns should be made by registered post for your protection.

Returns of non-faulty goods are not normally entitled to a postage refund.
